Hello, friends!
I have been struggling. I feel like I am always tired and some of the things that usually bring me joy and excitement don't as much anymore. Maybe it's a little depression, maybe it's the weather, maybe it's the ongoing pandemic, maybe it's the troubles in Ukraine and elsewhere. Whatever it is, though, I know that I am not alone in how I feel. I also know that there is hope in so many places and that things will continue onward and I need to look to spring and the renewal of life all around me. The energy will change, and I am ready.
I'm also ready to direct some of that renewal to Honors. We DO have talks this semester! They maybe have been slow in starting, but we have them! This is the schedule so far:

That's right - our first session is next week, via Webex. The idea is to talk about Honors and what it actually means because we have so many new Honors students. If you're NOT new, come and talk about your experiences in Honors to show the new folks what Honors can bring them if they stick with it! I may have a few veterans come join us for just that reason.
What else do you want to hear about this semester? We plan to also bring back the Honors Convocation in May to celebrate the work you do in your Honors class this semester. Stay tuned for more info!
Remember, you are not alone and we have your back. Come chat and hang out with us on the Discord:
Let's make a space together, yeah? We all need more fellowship and community these days.
Chat soon,
-T
